WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM?

An escape room is an interactive adventure game in which players solve a series of puzzles and riddles using clues, hints and strategy to complete the objectives at hand. Escape rooms are great activities for families, friends, students, birthday parties, celebrations and even businesses because they rely on team building exercises.

WILL I REALLY BE LOCKED INSIDE A ROOM?

Sort of, each room is equipped with panic buttons that allows you to exit through the door you entered in case of emergency. This does not stop the game, the clock keeps running down, with or without you!

HOW LONG IS THE EXPERIENCE? WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

You should arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled game to check in and ensure that you are ready to be locked up for 60 minutes of game time. Pre-game check in will be about 15 minutes, and expect 10 minutes for post-game debrief and photos, so you're looking at a maximum of an hour and a half.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

All rooms are private rooms!

2-3 players, $60 per person

4-5 players, $55 per person

6-7 players, $50 per person

8+ players, $45 per person

Kids 6 and under are free!.

HOW DO I BOOK A GAME? DO YOU ACCEPT WALK INS?

Yes we accept walk ins but we highly recommend booking ahead of time. Reservations can be made through our website or by calling us at (808) 419-6888

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

10am-9:00pm daily, holidays hours may vary.

WHAT TO WEAR?

Comfortable clothing and shoes, although there is no strenuous activity, you will be locked up for an hour. Most people don’t sit much, you can expect to be on your feet most of the game. There is no need to lift or move heavy objects, or climb on top of furniture. None of our games require the use of force. If something seems secured in place, it is.

WHERE TO PARK?

You can park in the Whalers Village parking structure, we validate for 3 hours.

ARE THE ROOMS HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE? 

Yes, our rooms are handicap friendly, and we are located in front of the elevator on the 3rd floor of the Whalers Village mall.

CAN WE COME TO THE ESCAPE ROOM AFTER HAVING A FEW DRINKS?

We recommend to have drinks after the game, not before. You’ll want to have your brain clear and focused while you’re playing. PLEASE NOTE: If members of your group appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you will not be allowed in the room. This decision will be made at the discretion of our staff and no refunds or exchanges will be permitted. We take this very seriously as it could cause damage to the room, to yourself or others, and adversely affect others’ enjoyment of the experience.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY? CAN I PLAY WITH JUST MY FRIENDS?

Yes! It is just you and your friends in the room.
Each game has a different number of allowable players: 

Tesla's Secret Inheritance: Min. 2, Max. 5.

Ka Puka Bunker: Min. 2, Max. 10. 

The Prison Break: Min. 4, Max. 10. 

The Pirate Ship: Min. 2, Max. 8.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

The recommended age to play is 10 years and over. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult (16 or older). All reservations must have the phone number of someone 18 or older. 

WHAT'S THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Tickets are non-refundable. Rescheduling can be done up to 48 hours in advance. No cancellations accepted.

DO YOU OFFER ANYTHING SPECIAL FOR CELEBRATIONS?

Yes, you can surprise a player with a locked gift box with your present inside, usually locked with a birthday/event date. We have locked boxes up to 12” x 7.5” x 6” inches in size.
